Jalen Carter

Georgia IDL

Games Watched: Oregon, Florida, TCU

Summary: Jalen Carter is a defensive tackle with the sheer athleticism to play well anywhere on the line. He combines raw strength with explosiveness and great movement skills. He can quickly penetrate the backfield, and hold double teams when it’s required. His hands are well utilized, and he has a swim move and rip move that he has used effectively. He has all the tools to be a great pass rusher but hasn’t put it all together yet, mostly because of his lack of a plan, as well as his tendency to allow linemen into his chest. He has also had off field concerns.
